We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Os, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations. Your role will involve communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure the safety of workers on site at all times
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
