Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Manage contract negotiations and change orders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare regular project status reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os, Norway (local candidates preferred)
