Merchandiser for Retail Store in Albena, Bulgaria



We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of our store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Regularly rearrange displays to highlight promotions or new arrivals
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure merchandise is properly priced and labeled
- Collaborate with sales team to plan and execute promotions and sales events
- Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement or restocking needs
- Report any damages or discrepancies in inventory to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail merchandising preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600 USD per month.

Location:
This position is located in the beautiful seaside city of Albena, Bulgaria.

Nationality:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is not required for this position.

Experience Level:
This job does not require previous experience. We welcome applicants without prior retail merchandising experience who are willing to learn and grow with our company.
