We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Acre, Israel. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technology solutions, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols
- Work with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new solutions or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1500 per month for this position. Additional benefits include accommodation for foreign candidates.
