IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Acre. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for foreigners. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security and system backups are in place to protect against potential threats or disasters
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train employees on new systems or technologies to ensure they are utilized effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Proven track record of successfully managing an organization's IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, security protocols, and data management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
