IT Manager


Our technology-focused company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Acre. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all information technology systems and ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's IT strategy, policies, and procedures
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of all information technology systems
- Oversee network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement
- Monitor system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Design and implement IT training programs for employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or upgrades to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Proven experience managing network infrastructure, information security, disaster recovery plans, etc.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech team members
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with global teams is preferred

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location:
Acre (Candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Acre)

Nationalities:
Filipinos or Kenyans preferred but open to all nationalities with relevant experience.

Language Requirements:
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
