English Teacher


We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Akron. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to students of varying ages and levels. This position requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet the needs of students
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to engage students and promote active learning
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on their language development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's performance and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and techniques
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Teaching certification (e.g. TEFL, TESOL)
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Akron, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the necessary qualifications.
