Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth in Multan. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. This is a part-time position without accommodation, suitable for students or individuals with a biometric passport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management
- Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Multan market
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred
- Availability to work part-time hours without accommodation
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Pakistan
