Clinical Dietitian

A reputable hospital in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and possess the knowledge and expertise to create personalized nutrition plans for individuals with various medical conditions. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients
- Work with medical team to develop individualized meal plans for patients based on their medical conditions and dietary needs
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients
- Stay up-to-date on current research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a clinical dietitian, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and ability to create customized meal plans for various medical conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) preferred
