We are seeking a talented and passionate Tutor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality academic support to students of all ages and levels. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for non-Portuguese nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and curriculum tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong knowledge in one or more subjects such as Math, Science, English, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Patience, empathy and passion for teaching
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required
- Must have valid working permit/visa for Portugal
