We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Porto. As an English Tutor, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. You will work closely with students to create personalized learning plans and provide feedback on their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors to share resources and teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with students' parents or guardians regarding their progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
- Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of language learning techniques and methodology
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about teaching
