Job Title: Florist for Boutique Flower Shop in Almada

We are a boutique flower shop located in the charming city of Almada, seeking a talented and experienced florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for our customers, as well as maintaining the overall aesthetic and design of our shop. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the flower shop
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and answering any questions they may have
- Manage inventory and order flowers and supplies as needed
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to ensure our shop offers unique and modern arrangements
- Train and supervise junior florists or assistants if necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a florist in a professional setting
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Preferences:
- Experience working in a boutique flower shop or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Portuguese language is a plus
