Network and Systems Administrator (English Speaking)

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Utena. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, monitoring access, and managing user accounts
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, routers, switches, and other related equipment
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills in English
