Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and servers. Your main duties will include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security of the network.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills in network administration, system administration, and security. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and servers
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing necessary protocols
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Provide technical support to users when needed
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field of network administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (open to candidates from India who have their own visa)
