Entry Level Software Tester

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our software testing team in Akron. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of our software products. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Malayalee preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases, both manual and automated, to identify any defects in the software
- Report bugs and issues to the development team
- Collaborate with other testers and developers to find solutions to problems
- Participate in product reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Salary: $1300 per month
