A reputable financial institution in Eldoret is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities:
- Contact and negotiate with debtors to arrange payment plans and resolve outstanding debts
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Conduct thorough investigations into debtor accounts and provide regular updates to management
- Monitor payment plans and take appropriate action if payments are missed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, plus additional performance-based incentives.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya. We welcome applicants of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.
