Senior Architect (Monte-Carlo)
We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various architectural projects, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong understanding of construction processes and materials. You will also need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision for the project and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1800 per month for this role.
