Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and hold a relevant degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and oversee the creation of detailed plans for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.
- Review and approve all project drawings before final submission.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Note: This position is open to candidates who already hold a valid work visa for Monaco. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
