IT Manager


As an experienced IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and strategies of our company in La Condamine. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our systems.

Your main duties will include managing the company's network infrastructure, hardware and software deployment, security measures, data backup and recovery, and overall technology budget. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies and systems to improve productivity and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth understanding of information technology systems, including networks, hardware, software, security measures, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions to complex issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a budget and make cost-saving decisions
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in information technology
