Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Fonvieille on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various building projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects meet both aesthetic and technical requirements. You will also be responsible for producing detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software
- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to finalize designs
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to architectural design
