Job Title: IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of all information technology systems and services within our company. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals to develop, implement, and maintain all technology systems
- Create and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure security, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Manage budget for all technology-related expenses
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and make recommendations for their integration into company operations
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Experience managing budgets
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-tech individuals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations

Location: Wiltz
Salary: 1500$ per month + accommodation (if needed)
