Construction Manager - Nakuru, Egypt



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Egypt. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure timely completion while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Hire and manage construction workers, including providing training and oversight
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards project goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
