We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure that all beverages are made to the highest standard of quality and presentation
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to make recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the coffee shop clean and well-stocked throughout the day
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders over the phone or in person with attention to detail and accuracy
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work full-time schedule including weekends

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Salary will be 1000$ per month. We offer opportunities for growth within our company as well as training on new techniques and equipment.
