Web Designer


We are a growing digital marketing agency in Jerusalem looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and goals. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities, but English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites according to client specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas to clients
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure optimal user experience
- Optimize website design for mobile responsiveness and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
