We are a global company looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Siauliai. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic international team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products to potential customers using persuasive techniques
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep track of sales trends and report on market feedback to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
- Experience in using various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Availability to work part-time or full-time based on your preference
