Barista (English Speaking) in Kaunas, Lithuania


Our cafe in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating delicious coffee and tea beverages. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while preparing beverages
- Educate customers on our menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with restocking supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have valid work permit for Kaunas, Lithuania (or be willing to obtain one)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1100$ per month
