Job Title: Loader Supervisor - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising loaders and ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, scheduling their tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. You should have excellent leadership skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong communication skills. This full-time position is open to all nationalities with own visa.

Salary: 1100$ per month

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loader Supervisor or in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing a team of loaders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalees/Filipinos preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading and unloading operations at the designated site in Lusail
- Allocate tasks to loaders based on their skills and abilities
- Ensure timely completion of loading tasks as per schedule
- Train new loaders on safe handling practices and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Maintain records of daily activities, including equipment usage, maintenance, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate material flow
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among the team
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any operational issues
