Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Acre. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of industrial machinery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to instructions and specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain inventory of machine parts and supplies
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Proficiency in using various types of machinery and tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for working with heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The working hours may vary depending on production needs but typically involve three shifts. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed.
