As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications and building codes
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and knowledge of building codes
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
