Concierge
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and catering to the needs of guests at our luxury hotel in Herzliya. Your primary role will be to assist guests with their requests, provide recommendations and information about local attractions, and ensure that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Offer recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and transportation options
- Coordinate reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation or tours for guests as requested
- Respond to emergency situations such as medical assistance or evacuation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
