Job Title: Information Security Analyst



We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Karachi. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's data and information systems from potential cyber threats. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks in the organization's systems and networks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Monitor network activity for security breaches and investigate any suspicious incidents.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements for new systems or upgrades.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and other security tools.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on information security awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network and system security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems).
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Have experience working in a cloud computing environment (AWS/Azure).
