Female Sales Manager
As a female sales manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in the same industry or similar field
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Location: Faisalabad (Pakistan)
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Note: This position is open to both local and expatriate candidates. However, preference will be given to female candidates.
