A well-established restaurant in Jizan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role. The main responsibilities of this position include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability. You will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising staff members to maintain high standards of service. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with customers, employees, and suppliers on a daily basis.

The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control is also required for this role. Additionally, knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is necessary to ensure compliance with health codes.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Applicants must have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills. Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory for this position. Local candidates or those with valid work permits will be given preference.
