As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth. You will be based in Muscat, Oman and will work closely with the Indian community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Train, motivate, and supervise sales representatives to ensure they are meeting objectives
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and budget management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the Indian community in Oman
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
