Indian Sales Manager in Muscat
We are seeking an experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and guidance as needed
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
