Babysitter for Malayalee Family in Moscow


We are in need of a responsible and caring Babysitter to provide excellent childcare for our Malayalee family in Moscow. You will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and development of our children while we are away. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with children, be fluent in English, and have a deep understanding of Malayalee culture.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to our instructions
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and bedtime
- Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues calmly and effectively
- Keep a record of daily activities and report any concerns or updates to parents
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in parenting styles and rules
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for the children

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Understanding of Malayalee culture, traditions, and values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical ability to engage in active play with children
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education certification is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) without accommodation. Working hours may vary depending on the parents' schedules but will typically be Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Our home is located in central Moscow with access to public transportation.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
