Excavator Operator

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock and other materials. You must have a valid visa and we are open to sponsoring the right candidate. This position is open to all genders.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid visa and ability to work in Norway
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other excavations according to construction plans
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Conduct routine maintenance on the equipment, including cleaning and greasing parts as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating the equipment
- Communicate with other members of the construction team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in excavation work

Salary:
$1300 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
