Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Jizan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and maintain documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide support for meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
