Welder - Contract Position in Manama



We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team on a contract basis in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Select and set up welding equipment, including gas cylinders, torches, and electrodes
- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding according to project specifications
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Operate cutting equipment such as grinders, saws, and plasma cutters to prepare materials for welding
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and wearing proper protective gear

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Valid certification in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications
- Experience with cutting equipment such as grinders, saws, and plasma cutters
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed welds for defects

This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa in order to be considered for this role.
