Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company in Plovdiv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction management and be able to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are met within the set timeframe and cost
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on-site
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling budget variances
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Plovdiv or surrounding areas
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Bulgarian is preferred but not required
