Part-Time Office Manager in Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1200$ per month. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of office operations and supporting our team in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling office supplies.
- Communicate with clients and partners to schedule meetings and provide necessary information.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Manage company social media accounts and assist in marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Keep track of employee attendance records and handle payroll tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
