Facade Specialist



As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the external appearance of buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure that the facade of a building meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. Your expertise in materials, construction techniques and safety regulations will be essential in creating visually appealing, durable and safe facades.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, plan and oversee the construction of building facades
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that facade design meets aesthetic goals
- Work with engineers to select appropriate materials for the facade
- Estimate project costs and prepare budgets
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Supervise the installation of facade components
- Conduct quality control inspections during all stages of construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
- Provide guidance on maintenance and repair of existing facades

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques and safety regulations
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Location: This position is located in the United States.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
