CNC Operator


We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and cutting. You will work with a variety of materials including metal, plastic, and wood to create precise and high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Preference:
This position is open for Indian candidates. Non-native speakers are welcome.
