Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex machine learning algorithms and models to solve challenging business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science with a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing machine learning techniques
- Conduct research and experiments to improve the accuracy and performance of existing machine learning models
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Develop tools and frameworks for automating the training and testing of machine learning models
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R with experience in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Proficiency in using machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
- Experience with deep learning techniques is preferred
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, classification methods, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Akron but remote work options are available for exceptional candidates.
