Junior QA Engineer

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through testing and analysis. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report any defects or issues, as well as suggest improvements to enhance user experience. Your role will involve creating detailed test plans, executing tests, and documenting results. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests according to test plans
- Document test results and provide feedback to development team
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in software quality assurance or testing is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Location: This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Salary: The salary for this full-time position is $1500 per month.
