Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Kathmandu



Our luxury hotel in Kathmandu is seeking a professional and highly skilled Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience. This position is suitable for men who are driven, organized, and have a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
