We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team in Siauliai. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, and maintaining accurate financial records for our company. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to improve our financial performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
