Mechanic - Jizan, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment in our workshop. Your duties will include diagnosing issues, conducting routine maintenance, and performing necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical issues. Knowledge of biometric passports is not required for this position. You should also have experience working with different types of tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems with electronic systems in modern vehicles
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed on vehicles
- Keep the workshop clean and organized at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a mechanic in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, etc.
- Experience using diagnostic tools for electronic systems preferred
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
