Floral Design Specialist


As a Floral Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral creations for various occasions. This includes weddings, events, and everyday orders. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as provide expert advice and recommendations. Your attention to detail and creativity will ensure that every arrangement is unique and exceeds the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and arrange beautiful floral designs for various occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide expert advice on flower selection, design ideas, and color schemes
- Order flowers from suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with customer inquiries and orders over the phone or in person

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, colors, design techniques, and arrangements
- Creative flair with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of different backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
