Sales Manager - Plovdiv, Egypt

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them in the market
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Egypt (for foreigners)

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth within our company. This position is open to Egyptian nationals or foreigners with valid work permits. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
